Upon graduating from the University of East London, Stephen moved to Arizona to start a 30+ year career in the Architectural and Engineering Consulting industry, based in Phoenix. Over the years, Stephen has consistently volunteered at several charities, and helped organize and participate in many work based charity events.
Having spent many years witnessing Kirsten provide incredible assistance and protection to children and young adults in extremely difficult situations, our family decided to create the Four Croft Foundation. Since its inception, the foundation has continued to thrive through the ongoing generosity of so many wonderful friends and family members. It is often said in our house that the best day of the year is seeing the smiles and unbridled joy on the faces of the children as presents are delivered to their homes.
Mara Hayes has been a proud board member of The Four Croft’s Foundation since its inception. She is passionate about the volunteer work her and her family have been able do with the various group homes through the Foundation. She enjoys working within the community to help both education and facilitate support for foster children. Mara
